By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below.

Online booking is the fastest way to schedule or make changes.
You’ll receive a confirmation and reminder messages. Please make sure your contact info is accurate.
If you need support, text or email is best. Calls may be missed while we’re in session.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for parking, settling in, and a smooth start.
If you arrive late, we’ll still give you great care, but your session may need to end at the original time to respect the next client’s appointment.
We totally understand that life happens. This policy exists so the schedule stays sustainable and appointments don’t become a “maybe.”
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a 45/60/75 minute service.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a 90/120 minute service.
Changes made with less than 24-48 hours’ notice may be charged a late cancellation fee up to 50% of the service price.
Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service price.
One-time grace: If you have a true emergency and it’s your first time running into this, we may offer a one-time courtesy waiver at our discretion.
A no-show is an appointment missed without notice.
No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service price.
Repeated no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.
A valid card on file is required to book.
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.
Declined cards may pause future booking until the balance is resolved.
Because care is time-based and reserved specifically for you:
No refunds are provided for completed services.
If something feels off about your session, please let us know within 24 hours so we can make it right in a fair and reasonable way (adjustments vary by situation).
Memberships are designed to support consistency, priority access, and long-term results without decision fatigue. Your membership details may vary by tier, but our core policies are:
Memberships are auto-billed on the 1st of each month.
If your previous billing date was within the last 7 days (or is coming up soon), we’ll align you to the 1st and carry that billing forward to the following month so you’re not double-charged.
If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and attempt to rerun the payment.
If payment remains unresolved, membership perks and booking access may be paused until updated.
No join or cancellation fee.
Memberships are month-to-month.
Limited to one membership start per calendar year (this prevents starting/stopping repeatedly and keeps membership scheduling fair).
Unused membership credits roll over for up to 6 months, then expire.
Credits are transferable (you may gift a session to friends/family).
Membership benefits/perks apply to the member account unless otherwise stated.
Member benefits may include items such as priority scheduling, gratuity included, unlimited non-product-based enhancements (with select exceptions such as aromatherapy), and discounts on additional services/add-ons, depending on your tier.
Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Package/session credits may have an expiration period (listed at purchase).
Gift certificates are treated according to North Carolina guidelines and any terms listed at purchase.
Your bodywork is customized, which means your intake matters.
Please complete all required forms before your appointment.
Tell us about injuries, surgeries, medications, allergies/sensitivities, pregnancy, or any medical conditions that may impact your session.
If you’re feeling sick (fever, flu-like symptoms, contagious illness), please reschedule. We’d much rather protect your healing and everyone’s wellness.
Please disclose scalp conditions ahead of time.
If you have extensions, fresh color, or specific hair concerns, let us know so we can tailor the experience.
Please remove jewelry before getting on the table when possible.
Items with special meaning are welcome to stay on. We’ll work around them carefully.
This is a safe, respectful space.
All sessions are strictly professional and therapeutic.
Any inappropriate behavior, sexual comments, or boundary violations will result in the session ending immediately, and full payment may still be required.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, respect, or policy violations.
Your information is treated with care.
Intake forms and session notes are kept confidential.
We never share your personal information without consent, except where required by law.
We may update these policies occasionally to improve clarity and operations.
The most current version will always live on this page.
For major membership changes, we’ll provide notice (typically 30 days when possible).
