What to expect: We start with a brief check-in: where it hurts, what feels limited, what you want most from today. Pressure is adjusted throughout. Deep tissue is not a one-setting experience. Slow, specific work to address restricted areas, plus calming integration so your nervous system can actually receive the work. You’ll leave with simple guidance (hydration, movement, and what to watch for).

My Approach: This is therapeutic massage that blends deep work with precision and pacing. The goal is not “as deep as possible.” The goal is better movement, less guarding, and less pain response over time.
