Intentional, targeted pressure for the tension your body has been guarding.

When the tension has settled deep and your regular stretch-and-foam-roll routine isn't cutting it, deep tissue work gets to the layers your body has been guarding.

This isn't about digging in until you're gritting your teeth. It's intentional, targeted pressure designed to release stubborn tightness, break through postural strain, and help your body stop bracing.

Anthony works methodically through the areas causing the most disruption. Whether that's a locked-up neck from desk work, hips that won't release after training, or a low back that's been compensating for months. You'll be asked about pressure throughout. Nothing is forced.

This service is especially supportive for:

  • Chronic neck, shoulder, and low back tension that keeps coming back
  • Athletes and active adults recovering from heavy training or repetitive strain
  • Desk workers with postural patterns causing headaches, jaw tension, or upper back tightness
  • Anyone who's been told they "carry their stress in their shoulders" and is ready to actually address it
  • Clients who want firm, therapeutic pressure that's skilled and responsive. Not just hard

Your deep tissue session

Anthony will start by checking in about your goals, pain areas, and pressure preferences. From there, he works through the tissue systematically. Warming the muscles first, then going deeper where your body allows it. Techniques may include sustained pressure, cross-fiber friction, trigger point work, and slow stripping of muscle fibers.

You'll be asked about pressure at multiple points during the session. Deep tissue doesn't mean painful. It means skilled, methodical work at the depth your tissue can actually benefit from. If your body is bracing, we're not getting anywhere.

After your session: Drink plenty of water. It's normal to feel tender in worked areas for 24-48 hours. Most clients notice significant improvement in mobility and pain levels within a day or two.
