You lie down. You get warm. A soft eye mask drops the lights for you. A weighted blanket settles across your body. And then warm water starts to fall.
The signature gold arch above your feet sends a slow, fan-shaped rainfall over your toes, soles, and ankles. It is steady, warm, and unmistakable. There is no leaning forward in a chair, no fluorescent lights, no rush. Just your feet, the water, and the misty forest mural above you while your nervous system finally exhales.

Step 1: Settle in
You arrive, change into something comfortable (or stay in what you came in), and lie back on a heated, fully reclined table. A weighted blanket goes over your body. A cooling or warming eye mask is offered. The lights drop. Your feet are positioned over the basin at the foot of the table.
Step 2: The rainfall
Warm water starts falling from the gold arch in a slow, fanned-out spray. It is filtered, temperature controlled, and softer than any showerhead you have stood under. Most clients fall into a near-meditative state within the first 60 seconds.
Step 3: Cleansing and exfoliation
A gentle sugar or salt scrub softens the skin of your feet, heels, and ankles. The work is slow, the pressure is right, and the warm water keeps flowing.
Step 4: Detailed massage
This is where standard foot spas stop and Dosha keeps going. Anthony works through the soles, arches, heels, ankles, calves, and shins with skilled, deliberate pressure. Reflexology-inspired techniques are incorporated based on your goals. Warm oil or a soothing balm is applied for the bodywork portion.

Step 5: Close
Warm towels wrap your feet and calves. A final round of grounding pressure brings you back. Most clients describe leaving feeling lighter, taller, and quieter in their head than when they walked in.
Warm, falling water hits the body differently than still water. Still water settles you. Falling water settles you faster.
The continuous sensory input of warm rainfall, applied to one of the most nerve-rich parts of your body, helps downregulate the nervous system in a way a regular soak cannot. It is also why this experience pairs so well with deep bodywork. By the time the massage begins, your body has already let go of the day.
Will my feet get clean enough that I do not need a pedicure?
The rainfall and scrub will leave your feet feeling deeply clean and softer than most pedicures. What we do not do is shape or polish your nails. If you want both, schedule your Foot Spa first, then your pedicure. Your nail tech will love how soft the skin is.
Is the water sanitary?
Yes. The rainfall basin is fully drained, cleaned, and sanitized between every client. The water that falls on your feet is fresh, filtered, and temperature-controlled in real time.
What should I wear?
Wear what is comfortable. Loose pants that can be rolled up above the calf work best. If you forget, you are welcome to change into something more comfortable when you arrive.
Will I get wet?
Only your feet and lower legs. The basin is designed to catch all the water, and your body stays draped under a warm blanket the entire time.
Can I get this during pregnancy?
In most cases, yes. We will adapt positioning and pressure to keep you comfortable and safe. Please mention pregnancy when booking, and check with your provider if you have any concerns.
Can I combine this with another service?
Absolutely. Foot Spa pairs especially well with Head Spa and Therapeutic Massage. Book longer or back-to-back sessions to build a custom experience.
